CORPORATE OVERVIEW

Bin Donated is a registered 501(c)3 charity specializing in a free residential and commercial donation pick-up service that collects school supplies, books, cell phones, food, hygiene products, office supplies, pet supplies, and toys for the homeless, temporarily displaced, the disadvantaged or those seeking shelter from abuse. Bin Donated collaborates with dozens of local Chicago-area charities in an effort to Reduce, Reuse or Recycle items to minimize the impact on the environment while maximizing the value to the community as a whole. For every $1 spent, we collect & distribute $3 worth of in-kind donations.

THE BIN DONATED MISSON

Make it easy and efficient for anyone to donate everyday items that would otherwise end up in a landfill and distribute them to our Partner Charities who can use them and need it most. Bin Donated saves its Partner Charities thousands of dollars a month by delivering high quality items for FREE that would otherwise have to be purchased at retail prices or sourced by their own staff. Our hope is that these savings are allocated to expand programming and improve their service offerings in the community.

WHAT WE KNOW

Bin Donated knows that people who care about the health and well-being of others as well as the environment make better friends, good neighbors, more productive workers and model citizens. When groups of these individuals get together friendships flourish, neighborhood homes increase in value, companies set record growth and the community is a better place to live. Bin Donated wants to help these caring people in the community make the world a better place now and for future generations to come!

THE "BIN" IN BIN DONATED

Bin Donated uses 55-gallon plastic barrels to collect a different group of items each month. Each calendar quarter will have at least one month dedicated to Basic Needs items like food and hygiene products.

THE BIN DONATED PROCESS

Bin Donated works with area buildings & businesses to place one of its barrels to be showcased in a high-traffic area for a period of 10 to 14 days. In return, the barrel provides significant community relations exposure through simple in-kind donation drive focused on giving back to local charity groups. Upon donations being received, Bin Donated volunteers sort and package the items for distribution.
